How to find products:

Search according to festival on the left hand navigation bar

Search according to product type along the lower left hand navigation bar.

Search using the name of the product in the search box
Once you have found an item(s) that you wish to purchase simply click on the Add to Cart button and this will add the product to your shopping cart. At this point you have several options:

- You can change the quantity of an item by entering the new number in the quantity box and clicking update.
- You can remove an item by placing a check in the box and clicking delete.
- To save your order and continue shopping click continue shopping.
- To place you order now click checkout
Preparing for Checkout
It’s best to have the following information ready when proceeding to the checkout:

Sign In à Shipping à Billing à Verify à Payment (Pay Pal) à Receipt
When you are ready to complete your order click on the Checkout button and complete the following steps:
· Sign In: If you are a registered user please enter your email and password and click Next.
· Shipping: Enter all the Ship To Information (Recipient’s information) which includes: Recipient’s name, address, telephone number, postal/pin code then click next.
· Billing: Enter all your own information. If you are placing the order for yourself please check off the ‘Same as Ship To’ box. If you are a new customer you can register yourself here by assigning a password. When you register yourself the following information gets saved so the next time you won’t have type it in again. Then please select your payment option and enter the information. Then click next.
· Verify: Please read over the Ship To and Bill To information and edit if needed. Click the Submit button to continue.
· Payment (Pay Pal): Here you are transferred to a Pay Pal page where the payment can be processed. If you have a Pay Pal account please enter your account username and password. If you are paying with credit card you still have to click on continue button under ‘Don’t have a Pay Pal account?’ Please enter your billing information here. Make sure that you have clicked on the last button ‘click here to complete order’ which should take you back to Festive Xpressions.
· Receipt: Once the above steps have been completed you will be sent two receipts to your email:
- Order confirmation from Festive Xpression
- Payment Confirmation from Pay Pal
Please check your email and make sure you have received both receipts. If you haven’t received both then the order may not have been completed, please email us as soon as possible at orders@festive-xpressions.com if missing.
Once the two confirmations have been received the order has been completed and your order will be packaged and sent.
